ENGIE Group has made improving the Workplace Well-being of its employees a key issue in the prevention of psychosocial risks (PSR).
The entire program is grouped under the “No Mind@Risk” prevention theme. Since 2021, it has been reinforced by an improvement initiative called “9 commitments for a better Workplace Well-being”, in which every Group employee is invited to adopt the best behaviors to promote their own and others‘ Workplace Well-Being.

ENGIE has defined for its construction projects and for its industrial plant operation activities:
a. basic principles and requirements for the consideration of technical aspects of safety during the design phase of industrial installations
in order to establish and maintain an adequate level of safety for personnel, the environment and material assets.
