ENGIE Group has made improving the Workplace Well-being of its employees a key issue in the prevention of psychosocial risks (PSR).
The entire program is grouped under the “No Mind@Risk” prevention theme. Since 2021, it has been reinforced by an improvement initiative called “9 commitments for a better Workplace Well-being”, in which every Group employee is invited to adopt the best behaviors to promote their own and others’ Workplace Well-Being.
